Experience the Christmas magic of Asterocosmos

“Asterokosmos” will once again give its Christmas glow to Thessaloniki this year, putting the city in a festive mood from Saturday, December 10th to Sunday, January 8th. The Christmas park, which is organized by Magic Park, with the support of TIF-Helexpo, comes to lure young and old into the magic of Christmas, with games, shows, concerts and many daily surprises.

The opening of “Asterokosmos” will take place next Saturday, December 10, and during it there will also be a Vegas concert.

“Asterokosmos” has been developed in pavilions 13, 14, 15, with the majority of games and activities located in a covered area, thus protecting visitors from unpredictable weather conditions. General admission (individual ticket) costs 7 euros and includes: visit to the entire “Astrocosm”, unlimited use of 16 amusement park games (half of the games are inside Pavilion 13 and the rest outside), unlimited access to 2 ice rinks (inside Pavilion 13), but also to the Scandalous Elf Village with the 4 interactive Fairy Houses (inside Stand 15) and unlimited participation in the creative workshops, activities, Christmas shows and theater performances (inside Stands 14 & 15). At the same time, free parking is offered with entry of vehicles from the commercial gate.

“From December 10 to January 8, the city will spend its time in the “Astrocosmos””, as characteristically said at today’s press conference by the president of TIF-Helexpo, Mr. Tasos Tzikas, who emphasized that the said thematic park has established itself as the great Christmas event of Thessaloniki. Mr. Tzikas referred to the solid strategy that the company has implemented in recent years around theme parks and which will continue.

“Asterokosmos” is developing into the city’s big Christmas celebration, which this year aspires to attract even more visitors within and outside the borders, according to the CEO of TIF-Helexpo, Mr. Kyriakos Pozrikidis. Last year “Asterokosmos” was visited by 150,000 people, of which 15% came from Balkan countries.

For his part, the representative of Magic Park, Mr. Sakis Petropoulos, underlined the valuable support of TIF-Helexpo in the organization of “Asterokosmos” and emphasized that it is the largest theme park in the city, which extends over 23,000 square meters. of which about 13,000 sq.m. it is a covered area. “The brand name of Asterokosmos is very important and we will keep it high with our 50 years of experience in the game and the child” he emphasized.

“There may be many Christmas events, but “Asterokosmos” is one”, said the deputy general director of TIF-Helexpo, Mr. Alexis Tsaksirlis, describing it as the biggest Christmas event in Greece.

What is included in “Astrocosmos”

In detail, in addition to the 16 amusement park games, the two ice rinks and the Scandalous Elf Village, the Santa Claus Sports Park will be operating in stand 14! There are: The giant human soccer ball, where championships will be held, the famous Ski in Plakaki and the big Trampoline! In the same pavilion is the Stage of the beloved Karagiozis with daily performances, as well as workshops for making Karagiozis figurines.

In stand 15, in addition to the activities inside the Houses, there will also be Music-Theatrical performances, Aerial Acrobatics Performances, Rhythmic & Acrobatic Gymnastics, Dance (Ballet, Modern, Latin), Choirs and Music Ensembles, sports, daily parties with Dj Santa. , Music and Dance Flash mobs and of course infinite actions and games for young and old.

Children up to 1 meter tall do not pay admission (does not apply to group visits or school visits), for the disabled and their companion the admission is free and for large families with 5 members or more, one child is admitted free.
